Dylan earned his B.A. in Neuroscience with a minor in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder and an M.S. in Human Nutrition from Columbia University. His graduate research focused on the relationship between dietary polyphenols and cognitive function. Dylan’s professional interests center on the interplay of nutrition, the gut microbiome, exercise, and longevity. He is the founder of Mayer Nutrition, a company dedicated to developing science-backed polyphenol products.
