Marta Díaz Megías was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. She is a Graduate in Modern Languages as well as an official Translator/Interpreter from the Catholic University of Paris.
While living in different countries, her exposure to different dishes and styles of cooking, combined to teach her an appreciation of the cultural traditions of many local dishes.
Marta has always had a personal passion for cooking and started her own catering company in Madrid, and taught cooking courses for several years as well.
Married and a mother of four children, Marta now lives in Southern California and loves promoting Spanish cuisine.
