E. Dylan Mayer

Dylan is a graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a major in Neuroscience and minor in Business. He has also recently completed his M.S. in Human Nutrition at Columbia University. His primary professional interest is in the close interactions between nutrition, exercise and human health, especially with regard to the brain-gut-microbiome system. Dylan is currently working on MayerWellness+, a nutrition company that is based on the core values of optimizing health and wellness while taking into account the sustainability of the planet.
