Eden Susenguth
Eden Sussenguth: Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Eden has always had a passion for all things food and fitness, growing up playing sports, dancing competitively, and loving to cook. After receiving her undergraduate degree at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, she decided to turn her passion into a career by getting certified as a Nutritionist and Wellness Coach, and then went on to get her master’s degree in Kinesiology at Saint Mary’s College. Eden specializes in sports nutrition and women’s health and has worked with a wide range of clientele all over the US and abroad, including professional and collegiate athletes, models, actors, pageant contestants, and everyday men and women looking to make health improvements and reach their goals. Nutrition education is a critical component of her personal mission, and she loves inspiring and impacting others to live healthier, higher quality lives from the inside out.
