Superfood Breakfast

2 tablespoons of steel cut oats/ bran flakes
1 tsp of flax seeds
1 tbsp unsalted toasted sunflower seeds
1 tsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of raw hemp seeds
1 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
2 ounces organic blueberries
¼ cup unfiltered apple juice
½ cup almond (or hemp) milk


Mix all dry ingredients together, add the berries, and then add almond milk and unfiltered apple juice.

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
