Seeded Avocado Toast

INGREDIENTS

2 slices of wheat or sourdough bread
½ an avocado (ripe)
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
1 tablespoon toasted sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Toast slices of bread
2. Mash avocado and spread onto each slice
3. Sprinkle chia seeds
4. Sprinkle hemp seeds
5. Add sunflower seeds
6. Top the slices up with cilantro.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste
