1 avocado, sliced
½ cup sauerkraut
½ cup sliced Kalamata olives
2 tablespoons unsalted toasted pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons unsalted toasted sunflower seeds
¼ cup sliced chives
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
